Mental Health Awareness Month: Mind-Body Wellness Challenge

Adult Program

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and with it brings a chance to build new habits to relieve stress & build resilience through our month-long Mind-Body Wellness Log. This log will help you to be mindful of what you're doing every day to take care of your mental health. Each activity or action is worth a certain amount of points. Earn 250 points to win a Solomon's Song t-shirt!  Earn 150 points to win a custom Solomon's Song sticker! This log is intended for ages 15 and up.

Refer to the point descriptions on the backside of the log to tally your points for each day. When you’ve reached 250 points, stop at the library’s reference desk (on 2nd floor) to claim your Solomon’s Song t-shirt! Didn’t make it to 250? Bring it in anyway for a custom Solomon’s Song sticker!

Youth Program

We all have mental health, so let's make good choices to care for that health! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and with it brings a chance to build new habits through our month-long Mind-Body Wellness Log for Kids. This log will help you and your child to be mindful of what you're doing every day to take care of your mental health. Each of you can fill out a log and do it together!

When you complete an activity on a date, color in the box to show you’ve done it. If you get at least one box colored on every day of the month, you can turn in your log to receive a free Solomon’s Song t-shirt!  Challenge yourself and see if you can get more than one box colored per day! Descriptions of each action are on the backside of the log. Please turn in logs to the Youth Services desk. This log is intended for children up to 14 years old.
