Hoopla
Hoopla is a movie, music, audiobook, and magazine streaming service. All you need is an email address and a valid Winona Public Library card to create an account. You may checkout up to 5 items per calendar month.
Hoopla is available as an app for your iOS and Android device through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app is also available for Roku and the Amazon Fire TV Stick.

Free eBooks, audiobooks & magazines from Libby/OverDrive.
We also have access to the Rochester Public Library and Traverse des Sioux Library System collections. Find out how to add these collections to your Libby app using the Libby Help guide (website link).
