Teen-Tober Raffle

Teens (age 13-18): Each time you visit the Winona Public Library throughout the month of October, fill out a raffle slip for a chance to win a $10 gift card to Paperbacks & Pieces! One entry per day, but you can enter as many days in October as you’d like! Raffle slips are located in the Teen section on the ground floor.
