State Park Pass Instructions
The Winona Public Library has four (4) State Park Passes available for checkout to Winona Public Library card holders. Here is some good to know information.
• You may call ahead and reserve a State Park Pass for up to an hour.
• They cannot be interlibrary loaned or renewed.
• Only one park pass per household is allowed.
• Passes can be used at any State Park in Minnesota for no more than seven days from the checkout date.
• Passes cannot be used for overnight camping in a state park.
• Upon checkout, you will receive a state park pass with a due date receipt attached.
• When you are using the pass at a park, leave it on the dashboard of your vehicle. This will indicate to state park staff that you have a seven-day park pass from the library.
• Passes do NOT need to be returned to the library once they are checked out.
After visiting the state park(s), let us know what you thought of the Minnesota State Parks Library Program at mndnr.gov/librarypass or use the QR code.
