Ongoing Youth Programs

Storytime

Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM

Summer storytimes take place on Tuesdays at 10:30 or 11:15 AM; Fridays at 10:30 AM. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and take place from June 7th to July 30th. Intended for ages 1-5 and a caregiver, but all ages welcome!

Stories, songs, crafts, and movement will entertain your little one and you!

Tuesday storytimes are held in library's Bell Art Room on the Second Floor.

Friday storytime is held in the Youth Services Storytime Room.


Bilingual Storytime

Bilingual storytime takes place on the 4th Saturday of the month in summer at 10:30 AM (June 22nd, July 27th and August 24th). Join Ms. Gloria as she reads stories in Spanish & English and leads a related craft project. Great for all ages.


 

Baby Book Bees

This program asks families to read 100 books in baby’s first year as well as participate in early literacy activities to create time for bonding with your little one.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

This program for ages 1 to Kindergarten encourages all families and caregivers to read 1,000 books with their young children before they enter Kindergarten. Stop by the library to hear more or find more information below:
