Mindfulness for Kids
Join Trish Johnson, mindfulness instructor and Director of Manitou Center, on select Saturdays 10AM-11AM this winter as she gives children the skills to practice mindfulness. When young people have the skills to manage their emotional and physical experiences, they are empowered to make healthier choices for themselves.
Registration is required. Space is limited.
